Jeremy Desrosiers
A successful entrepreneur, Jeremy Desrosiers is the founder of Dimensions and the creator of marketing floor plans for the resale of real estate. His work has been featured in several newspapers and magazines.
Prior to founding Dimensions, Desrosiers acquired over 10 years of progressive sales experience as a licensed real estate broker and stock broker. Additionally, he worked for a leading on-demand IT Service Management company. Creating Dimensions was the perfect synthesis of Desrosiers' real estate sales, service and computer applications background.
Dimensions Company History
1995 - Dimensions founder and owner, Jeremy Desrosiers conceived the idea to create floor plans for existing real estate and coins the term "Marketing Floor Plan". The marketing floor plan niche was born
1995 - October - Dimensions is formed and marketing floor plans are test-marketed to select real estate professionals.
1996 - Massachusetts based real estate brokers adopt Dimensions floor plans to market homes to perspective buyers.
2003- Dimensions surpasses the "one hundred client" mark, providing floor plans to over 100 agents and brokers.
2005 - Dimensions breaks 500 Marketing Floor Plans in one year for the first time.
2006 - Dimensions surpasses the "three hundred client" mark, providing floor plans to over 300 agents and brokers.
2005 - Dimensions begins offering Measured Drawings services to Architects & Property Owners
2007 - Dimensions adds a record 98 new clients in a single year.
2007 - Dimensions breaks 1,000 Marketing Floor Plans in one year.
2008 - Dimensions poises itself to offer services in California
2008 - Real Estate Photography services reintroduced by popular demand.
2009 - Dimensions begins to offer services in Southern California
